Owner Wouter de Graaf, the fourth generation of a baker’s family, started his own patisserie bakery back in 1990. The first almond paste cookies appealed to artisanal bakers and the assortment soon grew rapidly.

We refine traditional recipes every day and we develop 20 new products each year. With 250 enthusiastic employees, passionate bakers and innovative technology.

We support you in the selection of high-quality raw materials and produce the most appetising snacks with them. And in functional packaging to attractive presentation on shelves. In our training facilities or on site, we train your shop employees in defrosting and the final baking process for bake-off snacks. Everything for that freshly-baked smell and flavour sensation!
How it all started - From scratch to now
How it all started
Aart de Graaf, a fisherman on the IJsselmeer got seasick and went to look for work ashore. He opened a small village bakery in the centre of Spakenburg.
In the years from the 1920s -1950s

The next two de Graaf generations expand the village bakery into an industrial bakery with customers from all over The Netherlands.
